Defining a position and client requirements
Our recruitment manager will arrange a meeting with you to thoroughly analyze your project and clearly define the technical and personal skills that your developer must possess. After this meeting, we will present you with a comprehensive job and project description, as well as a detailed characterization of your organization's work methods and practices.

Advertising a Job description
According to the summary of the meeting, we require a job description that can be posted on multiple platforms. A clear and concise job advertisement can assist us in drawing more appropriate candidates who possess the necessary qualifications to apply for the job.

Identifying candidates
We log candidate employment history and information in a database to evaluate applicants based on several factors and the project definition document. Our database provides us with a list of the most qualified developers for the job.

Personal interviews
Our recruitment coordinator contacts candidates on the list produced by the database and schedules a personal phone interview. He will verify the candidate's information and availability. In addition, a personality interview with a professional interviewer is conducted. The results of these interviews are summarized by the coordinator and provided to the recruitment manager.

Technical interviews and tests
The recruitment manager conducts a technical interview with the candidate, including a technical exam. Our clients may decide to provide us with a technical exam of their choice. The results of the interview and tests, as well as our manager's impressions of the developer, are summarized in a document.

Summary and client interview
The client receives the candidate file and decides whether to proceed with interviewing. If yes, Wedotech schedules a Zoom interview at their Zambia office.

Employee onboarding
After the client-candidate interview, the client tells us their decision about each candidate. Approved developers sign a work agreement with Wedotech.

Work begins
Once the developer is signed in with us they start working out of Wedotech offices in Zambia.
